Jerome Williams is a raw, authentic singer songwriter and talented guitarist from Northern NSW with his own unique style of music. Describing his sound as “melodic, percussive, funky, rock-based roots”, Jerome seamlessly fuses together classic roots music with contemporary and progressive genres, creating a style that bridges the generation gap.

Watch Jerome Williams at 1:15pm and 3:15pm on the Sample music stage.

Mark Crotti glides through a stunning blend of Folk, Blues and Indie-Rock, delivering something that feels both familiar and fresh.

With rich, delicate instrumentation, blissful vocal melodies, and warm, honest lyricism.

Watch Mark Crotti at 2:15pm on the Sample music stage.

Tasmanian-born Luke learnt the guitar and found his own way in music from years of being a bedroom guitarist. It wasn’t until Luke had finished college and adopted a nomadic lifestyle that he found songwriting to be a natural progression.

Luke’s influences include artists such as John Mayer, Sting, Xavier Rudd and Jack Johnson which are reflected in his eclectic blend of stripped back, earthy vocals and acoustic guitar.

Watch Luke Bennett at 11:15am on the Sample music stage.

In 2016, Phil & Tilley arrived in Byron Bay with little more than their instruments, a few clothes and a tent. In order to pay for food, busking on the streets became a necessity until they began to establish themselves in local bars, cafes and farmers markets. A yearning for travel and playing music has seen them play across UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium and South East Asia, but their story continues to take them wherever the music allows them to go.

Watch Phil & Tilley at 10:15am and 12:15pm on the Sample music stage.

FRANK’S – A TASMANIAN CIDER STORY

Frank’s Ciders are 100 % Tasmanian fruit. The heritage apples and pears that go into Frank’s are grown in the Huon valley by Frank’s granddaughter.

Frank’s quality fruit from the “apple isle” has intense flavour due to the cool climate and long growing season. All ciders are medium sweet, sparkling, and bursting with fruit flavour!

Frank’s range includes apple, pear, cherry pear and raspberry pear ciders all of which will be coming to Sample Food Festival this year! You can find Frank’s Cider at stall #7 in the Sample bar area!
