Italy On A Spoon was a sophisticated cocktail evening presented by six top Italian chefs living in Australia. Celebrating the opening of World Week of Italian Cuisine and the Sydney Italian Festival 2017 with a seasonal dining experience matched with fine Italian wines.
Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival
The Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival was held in the beautiful parkland setting adjoining Elements Of Byron Resort on the 3rd of June 2017.
Exhibitors include Australian boutique wineries, unique craft beer, cider and distillers, tasting plates from 12 local chefs plus Food and Beverage Masterclasses by Artisan Producers from all over Australia. The event included a Gala Dinner on the Friday night.
