Food lovers rejoice! We are thrilled to announce that some of Australia’s best chefs will be joining us at the ninth annual Sample Food Festival to be held at the Bangalow Showgrounds on Saturday 7th September 2019!
It is an absolute honour to be welcoming celebrity chef Matt Moran, an Australian food icon and a pioneer of the ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy, to this year’s Sample Food Festival. This year’s guest chef is Federico Zanellato of LuMi Dining Sydney, who was nominated Citi Chef of The Year 2017 by SMH Good Food Guide. Federico will be wowing Sample lunch patrons with his signature style of modern Italian with a Japanese twist and will also be a guest chef at the Sample Food Festival. Tickets for the Sample lunch along with other ticketed events and workshops will be going on sale soon! We are also very pleased to announce that festival favourite Luca Ciano will be back at this year’s event. With less than three months to go, this year’s festival is already shaping up to be one of our best yet…
