Sixth Annual Sample Food Festival Wrap Up

Around 17,000 visitors attended this year’s Sample Food Festival at Bangalow Showground. The festival celebrates local chefs, producers and artisans.

Each restaurant submits a tasting plate for judging and this year Ben O’Donoghue and Spencer Patrick chose The Stockpot Kitchen‘s $10 plate as the winner and Janella Purcell and Steven Snow chose Luscious Foods for the $5 winner.

This was the sixth year the event has been held and is the region’s largest celebration of local food. We would like to add a special Thank You to our festival sponsors and supporters.
