As Pepe says in the podcast he and his wonderful products feature prominently at Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival.

Pepe is running an Artisan Producer Masterclass between 1:30pm and 2:10pm entitled Churn Some Butter with Pepe Saya!. Secondly Pepe’s products will be available in the Artisan Producer Marquee.

And thirdly (but probably not finally) the opening stanza of the sold out Mixed Dozen Gala Dinner will be Pepe Saya Cultured Butter with The Bread Social bread and his creme fraiche and butter milk will also feature in the menu.

Of course there will be dozens of other producers at the festival, as well as Boutique Wineries, Craft Brewers and Distillers, Live Entertainment and much more.
