The Bangalow Hotel is such a big part of the Bangalow community, the home of Sample Food Festival, and we are delighted to announce that they will be hosting a very special three course dinner with matching Lord Byron Distillery Cocktails on Saturday 31st August from 6:30pm. The Bangalow Hotel showcase local ingredients and suppliers where possible and the Sample Launch Dinner menu features some of this incredible local produce from our sponsors Salumi Australia, Nimbin Valley Dairy, Australian Macadamias and beverages from Lord Byron Distillery and Mount Warning Mineral Water.
