We are delighted to have Pepe Saya at the Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival teaching the fine art of making butter. Our Producer Masterclasses will be run throughout the day and this one is bound to be very popular

This will be a “hands on” class with lots of laughs!

Pierre Issa, Pepe Saya‘s founder refers to himself as “butter maker” in spite of running a growing business. Pierre is very much involved in the day to day operations. In the kitchen from 5am each morning, making deliveries and handling the marketing.

Pepe Saya is very much a family business. Pierre’s father makes special round metal moulds that shape the butter. While his mother designed the chef’s hats Pierre and his staff wear.

This may well be our most popular Masterclass, so get in early. All Masterclasses are limited to 50 people and you can register on the day of the Festival.
